A 50 years old female Presented with history of Left Facial Bullae and Nasal swelling and Nasal Mass followed by Left Sudden Painless Decrease Of Vision For the Last 1 day.
Examination showed Left APD(Afferent Pupillary Defect) , Total Ophthalmoplegia and Fundus Showing Signs Of Central Retinal Artery Occlusion. BSR was 600mg/dl which gave strong suspicion of Rhino-Orbital Mucormycosis.
Workup was initiated with MRI Brain + Orbit.
